O'Connell Students Receive Fix a Bike Certificates
Congratulations to Riley Ryan, Caden Ryan and Kyle Doran on receiving their certificates for successfully completing this year's Fix a Bike Initiative.
The programme, sponsored by the North East Inner City (NEIC) initiative and supported by the Lord Mayor of Dublin, Ray McAdam, provided students with the opportunity to develop practical bicycle maintenance and repair skills while promoting sustainability, confidence and active travel.
We are extremely proud of Riley, Caden and Kyle for their commitment and enthusiasm throughout the programme. Their achievement is a testament to their hard work and willingness to learn new skills.
A sincere thank you to all the teachers and staff who supported the initiative. In particular, we would like to acknowledge Emma Duffy, coordinator of this year's programme for O'Connell Secondary School, whose dedication and organisation helped make the initiative such a success.
